How to Get Started With HansiTech: Your First Website or Redesign

You've done your research. You understand why your business needs a proper website. You're ready to move. Here's exactly what the first step looks like — and everything that happens after.

Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call

Everything starts with a 15–30 minute call. There's no pitch, no hard sell. We'll ask you about your business, your goals, and your customers. We'll look at your current online presence together and tell you honestly what we think would help most.

By the end of the call, you'll have a clear recommendation: which package fits your needs, what we'll build, what it costs, and how long it takes. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.

Step 2: Review the Proposal

After the call, we send a simple written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. No 20-page PDF with legalese — a clear, readable document you can review in 5 minutes.

If anything isn't right, we adjust it. Once you're happy with it, you sign and pay the 50% deposit.

Step 3: Content Collection

We send you a content brief — a simple document listing exactly what we need from you. Most clients can fill this in within a few hours:

Business name, phone, address, email, and hours
Logo file (if you have one)
10–20 photos of your work, team, or space
A short description of each service
Any example sites you like the look of

If you need a logo or professional photos, we can discuss options. We can also write copy for your site if you'd rather not.

Step 4: Design Preview

Within 48–72 hours of receiving your content, we share a design preview. You'll see what the homepage looks like before the full build happens. This is your chance to redirect the design early — much easier than changes late in the process.

Step 5: Build and Review

We build the full site and share a preview link. You review it on your phone and computer. You give us feedback. We make revisions. For most projects, one round of revisions is sufficient.

Step 6: Launch

Final approval, final payment, domain connection, and go live. We walk you through what was set up — your Google Analytics, your Search Console, how to reach us for support.

For most Starter projects, you're live within 2 weeks of the discovery call.

What to Expect in the First 90 Days After Launch

Week 1–2: Google begins indexing your new site. You may not rank yet — this is normal.
Week 3–6: First movements in local rankings. Some keywords may appear on page 1 already.
Month 2–3: Rankings stabilize. If you've been collecting reviews, your Google Business Profile starts moving up in the Local Pack.
Month 3+: Compounding. Each month of indexing and review collection builds on the last.

The hardest part is making the decision to start. Everything after that is straightforward. Most clients look back after 90 days and wish they'd done it sooner.
