How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you requested, and send occasional project updates if you are an active client. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you become a client, we may store project-related communications and deliverables in our project management tools. You can request deletion of this data at any time.

Data Storage & Security

Your contact form submissions are stored in a secure database (Supabase) hosted in Canada. Contact notification emails are processed through Resend, a privacy-compliant email service. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit.

We retain contact inquiry data for up to 2 years for business records purposes, after which it is deleted. Active client project data is retained for the duration of our working relationship and up to 1 year after project completion.

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies — only those strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that build individual profiles. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use our site.

Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and request deletion of your data.

Third-Party Services

Our website may link to external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. The services we use to operate our business (Supabase, Resend) have their own privacy policies and comply with applicable data protection laws.
